Kitchen Manager:

Responsible for inventory, storage, and distribution of foodstuffs and supplies along with specifying number of servings to be made from any vegetable, meat, and dessert to control portion costs. Supervise and coordinate activities of food preparation and kitchen personnel. Assist the restaurant manager in planning regular, special and banquet menus.  Ensure cleanliness of kitchen and equipment to meet hygiene standards and health regulations. Participate in the purchases or requisitions foodstuffs and kitchen supplies.

Min reqt:      

Certificate in Food Hygiene and 6 years of experience in job offer or as executive chef/kitchen supervisor
